Frequently asked questions
What counts as an AI classification?
Each time Alexandria analyzes a newly uploaded asset with Claude Vision, it uses one classification credit. Re-uploads of the same file (detected via perceptual hash) reuse the existing classification — no credit consumed.
What happens when I hit my classification quota?
Your assets are still uploaded and stored safely. They're marked as pending classification and will be processed when your quota resets at the start of the next billing cycle. You can also upgrade at any time.
How does Google Drive work on the Legendary tier?
You connect your Google account and choose a specific Drive folder. Alexandria writes your assets directly to that folder. Only thumbnails are stored on our R2 for fast previews.
Can I change tiers at any time?
Yes. Upgrades take effect immediately. Downgrades take effect at the end of the current billing period.
Is there a free trial for paid tiers?
The Free tier gives you a full taste of the product. Paid plan trials may be introduced in the future.
